Description

Patina

This is a twisted thread about the size of a Pearl Cotton #5, but it’s 100% rayon, which means it has a high sheen. Utilize this gorgeous sheen in a design when a metallic thread is too shiny, but a cotton thread is too dull. Can be used in many different stitches on 18-mesh and 14-mesh needlepoint canvas. It is best used as it comes, as a thicker twisted thread rather than separating it. Patina also makes beautiful twisted cords and tassels.
