This beautiful 12-ply, 100% pure silk thread is used in needlepoint, embroidery, and cross stitch. It is made of three 4-ply bundles twisted together, a tight twist that makes stitching smoother. Use a single 4-ply bundle on 18-mesh needlepoint canvas, or two bundles (8 strands) on 13-mesh. There are 8 yards on a card.
